Returns

At Care By Anahi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Anahi silk pillowcases. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged Products If your silk pillowcase arrives damaged, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery. You must provide a clear photo of the damage before we can process your return or replacement. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and issue a full refund or send a replacement product.

Change of Mind If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your Anahi silk pillowcase within [30 days] of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging/box remains sealed and unopened
  • You are responsible for paying the return postage costs

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of silk pillowcases that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed packaging (except in cases of damage or defect).
